since your livewire network is actually acting as a router, you can use that setup indeed.
do consider that you can only route one source to each output. (1 mic or PGM bus in your case)

ip scanners are verry nice, but as i found overhere, don't use them in a live network with axia nodes. i used the angry scanner and all my systems went down as long as i had the scanner running. allso i used some other scanners and the same trouble with them. ohw, don't ever use the commview scanner...

In the past, I've used West-Penn DA2401, single pair, shielded 110 Ohm cable. The insulated wires don't fit in the CAT6 plugs, so what cable is preferred for making AES runs to the AXIA boxes? I imagine that it's a bit of a waste to run MediaTwist or DataTwist, only to use/terminate 3 of the 8 wire...
