Re: iQ with no User Buttons
I am looking at adding TB between two iQ's, but one does not have user buttons (I really don't want to build outboard unless I have to!). Is there any way to use the logic within the TALK TO STUDIO button for this function? I see that the GPIO Livewire channel that I am using for CR (tally) actuall...

I just spoke with the support tech on your case and he will work with you on attempting to reduce CPU. Drop in CPU is not a very common practice. A customer in France did this and I'm not sure how successful that was as they later upgraded to the Fanless Engines. We later saw their original units an...

In KFMK's case, the engine utilization is rather high. Which hardware version of Engine and which software. It is possible the engine isn't able to keep up to the load. In older software versions, the CPU utilization reporting was not able to show peak utilization. At 80%, it is likely the CPU is pe...

In Fabien's case, the drop outs may be in the input to the PC. The evidence of this is in the RxUr and RxSeqErr. RxUr is an under run counter, which is a situation where the receiver buffer went empty before another packet was received. This can cause audio break RxSeqErr is sequence error counter, ...

Matt: You had received a response to this inquiry through others means at a previous date. For others reading this post, the answer is we will support Windows 10 when we are confident it is more stable. At this time, any work we do may need to be re-done because the OS is still in development. Once ...

If you have Element separates (not a PowerStation), then you should install the following patch into the Element/GPIO-PS.
If you have a PowerStation, you will need to upgrade to the next release. This will be available in late November.

The question is really what will SS32 support. The IP-Driver has built in GPIO, but the SS32 needs to support that. The same would apply to the AudioScience card, how does SS32 support it. If SS32 doesn't support any of these options, than you need to see what SS32 does support. If a rs-232 connecti...

The Fusion is based on the Element, but has new features. So it will appear similar to Element but has some interesting new additions. The obvious is the OLED displays on the overbridge which permits us to provide confidence meters per fader. The surface also connects to the network through ethernet...

PFS GPIO channel assignment
Take a look at building stack events that as a qualifier, the VMIX channel is on OR the studio PGM1 is directly routed (an option you can also have). When true, assign the GPIO to the required channel after 5 seconds. Action when not true will be to clear the assignment. Purpose for the delay is to ...
