Log files older than 30 days are cleared. This is a static setting at the moment and never has come up before. I suggest checking the windows logs to see what sort of activity was happening at the date in question.

It would be helpful if you can provide a little more detail on where you are having difficulty. Are you attempting to record Split mode audio (typical request for caller situations)? Are you having issues with getting the desired audio out to your recording device? This would be a configuration ques...

Each Archive has a log folder that has activity recorded. Each day a new log file is created (date stamp). When an Archive is started as well as when it went through an organized shutdown, this is recorded in the log. A forced shutdown will likely not be recorded (PC crash, loss of Power, OS issue, ...

qualifier = button down, action if qualifier met = route a to b; action if qualifier NOT met = route c to b
I don't see why this couldn't be done as written.

Pathfinder manual is very helpful in all things Pathfinder. http://www.axiaaudio.com/manuals/files/PathFinderPCHelp_08-2008.pdf Basically, choose the Source you wish to route to the Destination. All Sources should show up. If they do not, then you need to add that device into what is referred to as ...

Of course Andy. A node can have any source (in the network) applied to an output. This is a function of a node. Pathfinder only issues commands to nodes and nodes respond to the command. So yes, Pathfinder can issue a command for a source on a different node to be assigned to an output.

The Audio and GPIO portion is on a single PCB. So this isn't a *hot-Swap* change.

the 2960 series will be able to manage 250 streams. This is based on the switch's ability with IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) snooping. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Group_Management_Protocol . IGMP prevents flooding all the traffic down all ports. This is why Nodes are only 100Mb...

When a node power cycles, it comes up the way it went down. When an Engine power cycles, it will come up blank (no inputs) until it is instructed by Element to load which sources. Engine VMIX channels (if in Engine Control state) will load last saved settings. When Element power cycles, it loads whi...

For any reading along, the issue was a switch configuration. If a switch has no configuration (or maybe incorrect configuration), the ports could behave in a flooding manner (all traffic being transported down the pipe). For example, as can be seen in the suggested switch configuration documents fro...

Is this a new GPIO node? Are you able to get to any pages or is it not letting you get to any? If you power cycle it, do you have any better results? Are you sure there isn't another device on the network with the same IP address?
What are the routes that you have in place?

With the DSP power in the Engine, would it be possible for Axia to use it as a built in 7sec delay? I don't believe there is enough DSP power. Of course there is enough DSP power if a customer is not using all the features of the Engine, but to design too many features for use at once would allow a...

Also, there seems to be a problem with the source/destination designation on the Axia network. We are not able to control routes to/from the delay in Pathfinder. I am able to do this with Pathfinder no problem. Make sure that the PDM is added into the Pathfinder Database ("Router"). Make sure you e...

You don't need to enter in an IP address in the Source profile but you do need to enter in Phone Module ID and Hybrid number in Source profile. You also need to reload the show profile.
