Element Surface - Capture and Test Sequences

Here is a summary of those tricky key sequences to get into setup and test modes of the Element. (up to version 2.0.x)

"Magic Key" Sequences for Standard Monitor/Navigation Module

- IP Address Book: Press and hold the Fader Options key for 5 seconds.

- Clock & Timer Settings: Press and hold the Timer Options key for 5 seconds.

- Capture Mode: Press and hold the Help key for 5 seconds. Then press "enter".

- Test Mode: Press and hold the Help and Right Arrow keys for 5 seconds.



"Magic Key" Sequences for Monitor + 2-Fader Module

- IP Address Book: Press and hold the * (star), 4 & 7 keys on the keypad for 5 seconds.

- Clock & Timer Settings: Press and hold the Timer Options key for 5 seconds.

- Capture Mode: Press and hold the * (star) & 2 keys on the keypad for 5 seconds. Then press #.

- Help Screen: Press and hold the * (star) & # (pound) keys on the keypad for 5 seconds.


Note: The 2-fader key sequences above will also work on the standard monitor/navigation module
