- 1. You need an AES reference at the desired sample rate. We suggest you use something that is always "on" such as an actual AES clock device. In a pinch, you can use a CD player. This reference needs to be connected to an AES node source. For this example, let's use source 1.
2. Now, refer to the QoS page of the AES node configuration. Set your AES sync source to "IN 1"
3. Set AES output sync to "AES sync source"
NOTE: If your reference AES input signal should "disappear", the node will continue to operate however the sample rate may revert to the 48k standard.
