Profanity Delay control

Post by AXIA_milos »

The standard Element control/navigation modules has 4 "Profanity Delay" buttons. These are designed to be *mapped* to a GPIO port. In order to do this, follow these simple steps.
(1) From each Show Profile configuration page, you will select the monitor section link.
(2) The following page there will be a GPIO channel assignment for Profanity delay field. In the text box you are to place a unique channel number. Save the changes.
(3) Now on the GPIO port that connects to your Profanity Delay, assign the same channel number in the text box (HTML configuration for GPIO enabled device). Save changes.
(4) Go to the Element surface and load the show profile that you just made changes to. The buttons should trigger based on the table that is in GPIO Chapter of the Element manual.
