Hi Tusar,
iProFiler can record 16 stereo streams simultaneously, 24/7. iProFiler can also split the stereo sources into mono streams if desired. This can give you up to 32 streams, but the audio must be fed separately into the audio nodes to accomplish this.
If you're going to continuously record that much audio, just be sure you've got plenty of disk storage space!
