X1, X2, XY controllers and password-protected Audio Nodes

Just saw this pass through tech support and wanted to document it for y'all:

"Our X2 and XY controllers appear to be set up correctly (sources & destinations in the windows, and they show what is connected with the ">" next to the taken source), but the "Take" button and "Take" by pressing the knob doesn't work. Point of information: all of our Audio Nodes are password-protected. What's going on?"

Axia support wrote back: "Remove the password to your nodes and the controllers will work. The controllers do not support password at this time. A future version of the controllers will support this security measure. "
