remote control of TWOx12 from monitor+2-fader module SOLVED

Hello,
Is it possible to configure remote control of TWOx12 via Ethernet from Element's Monitor+2-fader module?

I mean, I want to answer to incoming call by opening the corresponding fader channel (or by hitting preview button). This is working with Telos TWO ISDN, but is it possible with TWOx12?

At this time there is no GPIO function available in the 2x12 to take a line. Many of the multi-line Telos Hybrids are designed to be used with a call director that show which line is being called and for the operator to take that line by pressing the corresponding button.

Although, it would be of interest to have this feature. Faders of 2001-10221 monitor+2-fader module have 2 buttons: Set and Hold, which make life easier when working with hybrids. 2x12 system has 2 audio ports, so it seems to be reasonable using it particular with that module in smaller setups, rather than with 4-fader phone module (2001-10179).

This is possible starting with Element v2.0

This feature is advertised as Euro-Mode for Telos Nx12, but will also work for 2x12.

To use this feature you need to make following configuration:

in source profile for phone source you should fill those fields:
Phone hybrid ip: <ip of a 2x12>
Phone line: <phone line you want to use>
Phone hybrid (for Nx12): <phone hybrid number>

Phone Module ID: should be set to <NO>
Hybrid Nr.(0 - None): should be set to 0

Then after you load this source you will be able to control the 2x12 without the call control module (just like in Telos TWO case).
