Feed to source mode?

Hey guys, can someone definitively tell me what Feed To Source mode setting I should select on a telco input so that with fader down, the caller hears PGM unless the Talkback button is pressed?

i.e. I don't want the caller to hear the continuous open talkback when they're on hold or routed to desk but not on air.

Hi Andy,

Feed To Source should be PROGRAM-1. The caller will always hear PGM-1 unless you push the TALK button.
